The Kinsey Milhone ones - A is for Alibi, B is for Burglar...etc. I'm not really expecting a lot of answers here, but I love these books and would love to see if there are any fellow fans.

Love them.
It was her books that got me reading crime fiction.
Have read them all up to R is for Ricochet.
What I like about them is that although they may have been written a year apart, the stories are only a month or so later, so it's still back in the 80's.
I also love Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum novels.

Yeah she's great, I love Ian Rankin, Val McDermid and Michael Connelly, Lawrence Block as qwell all quite similar in quality and tone (if you run out of Grafton books that is)

I have read all of them so obviously I enjoy them. Kinsey is a believable character, not so young and a little bruised by life.
Looking forward to the next.
