Same as English zombies, they can only grunt and mumble

It depends on your definition of zombie.
If you mean a corpse brought to life again by magic, then the answer is no, because they don't exist except in fiction.
If you are referring to the colloquial definition which is a slow-moving, stupid, unresponsive or apathetic person, then the answer is yes. I have met, and worked with, these type of zombies from all races, creeds, and national origins.

Well I believe there would be if someone produces 'Land of the Living Dead' in Spanish version... and how would they sound like? Guess you have to watch that movie to see for yourself... stay cool... c",)

Zombies are dead people.So they were alive once.And these dead people maybe were Spanish or even Chinese!
