Don't know what she's interested in but the fallback is always some package holiday (flights, hotel, meals, drinks included) somewhere warm (around 20-25C) preferably near the coast.

try the Gambia on the west coast of Africa...i went out there for six weeks last January.....brilliant weather..lovely people...and you can live like a lord for fraction of what it costs in the UK
