ok u can either go out and buy a punching bag or make one out of a big pillow case and just fill it up with old clothes, tie it in a knot hang it a beat the crap out of it or even have a friend hold it for you and hit it .... but it has to be full.. old pairs of jeans and sweaters work good..

Too much Gandhigiri leads to such types of feelings. You can certainly do either of the two:

1. Muster courage and do it by yourself without thinking of the consequences, or
2. Place a big size mirror in a closed cubical and do whatever you wish to do to others who prompt you to hit them. Best way to release frustration.

Good luck dude!

Um, that's not good nor healthy. I know you already know that, but...I mean I think at some point we've all felt this way. You could try using a stress ball...it's like a sand-filled ballon, you sqeeze it when you get to that point. Are you getting these feelings because your angry, or is it out of hate or something? Because I've known people to have the same problem, but they just punch doors and walls-also not good and too destructive. You should try anger management...

Different people release their stress and tension various ways. I had one colleague, who usually hits the wall when angry. But of course in the process, he hurt himself too. He realized he can't go on doing that, so what he did was buy a punching bag and boxing gloves (used by boxers) and utilized them whenever he wanted to hit someone. Not only was this a proper venue , but it proved also to be a form of exercise. Try it, it works!

Beat the crap out of a pillow or take a baseball bat to an old carpet.
At home, when I get really angry I go into the garden and pull out weeds. The hard physical labor works off the steam of anger -- and my garden looks pretty good too!

That is the difference between the human beings and the animals. Animals always give vent to their instincts of love and hate and they do not know how to suppress them. Man, is congenitally is designed to suppress his emotions and he expresses it in so many indirect ways. Some times, it remain suppressed or repressed. A emotion of anger has often to be suppressed. It has to be expressed in the form of innuendo or a joke. That is the reason why men have been organising many a competition, to give vent to their suppressed aggression. A suppressed anger will remain in the body and over a long time, expresses itself in the form of hypertension etc. It is always better to express these emotions, in some form or the other, without violating law.

Do you mean hurt or heart?
Every action has its equal and opposite reaction!
This applies here too. You can only get away with, by holding your nerve or finding out why you would like to hit some one. Real answer will be that you have created some reson to have this feeling.
So above principle works!

i mean, electrically controlled toys that would come out of holes that you've got to hit them with a 'hammer'
