yes u can at last day or soon pereiods stop
it is even better to have IUCD implant in period bcz it will have benifit of reducing extra blleding after implant it self
and most important it will exclude chances of pregnancy if any had occur

Yes you can. I had my implant put in whilst on a period it is the best thing i have done . It didn't stop my period and i still have regular ones although apparently it stops some peoples altogether.

yes....when I had the implant my period stopped completely, so I don't see a problem with you starting now...the implant is effective from the moment it's in until you have it out again.

Possibly not - if it's anything like the pill then you'll have to start it at a particular time of the month.
