I think you mean: why do people love to go out with others that they know are are bad for them or the circumstances aren't in their favour...?
Because people want what they want and are blinded by infatuation. That's not real love.

We humans have no control over our hearts and we love whom the eyes desires! People want to love because they want to be needed, they want comfort and their fanasty to be true.
People love because love is that single emotion that makes us feel so important, soo happy!Although we know that someone is bad we cannot help but still love them, its our heart that makes the decision for us!
I know personally that I love so that I will always feel happy, and comfort in life , although I may know that there is a bad guy I would still love him 'coz my heart desires that and I cannot help it!

first of all, your question don't make much sense...
people love because they feel incomplete and the heart is selfish so it doesn't not differentiate right from wrong....heart only knows desire and you (the logical side of mind) can't control it...
so when the heart thinks something will make it complete or satisfy the desite then it will want that person, hence you fall in love...
