The ONLY way is to get into thier email address and delete it before they see it.
Unless you know or guess thier password, you better start thinking of a good excuse.

You cant its already gone. You could try getting to the other persons machine and deleting it if you have that kinda access. Hope it doesnt cause too much damage!
