i'm sorry yet your caught with what you sent. the e-mail is of their inbox real now! tell them which you have been upset as quickly as you wrote the letter and which you weren't thinking and that your ideas have been given the excellent of you on a similar time as the e-mail grew to develop into into written and then tell them the way you experience.

The ONLY way is to get into thier email address and delete it before they see it.
Unless you know or guess thier password, you better start thinking of a good excuse.

You cant its already gone. You could try getting to the other persons machine and deleting it if you have that kinda access. Hope it doesnt cause too much damage!
