Go to any art school and ask. Those students will do anything for a buck.

Check with a local art association, art school or community center that has sculpting as an elective. Talk to the instructor and/or ask for a recommendation.

the best person to do the work cheaply is you. why not have a go at this yourself, use clay ,make a small machet {model. make from photos, or preliminary sketches, take all the facets of this persons character, carve a totem pole. LF

It's the casting that is going to cost you. That is about a third of the cost an artist will quote you, if not more.
