Whatever, get to doctor for checkup or good chemist who could check you in seconds.

Could be a number of things, but most likely is an inner ear infection. The ear is involved with balance and any infection in the ear can cause the nerve endings in the ear to become agitated causing the wrong signals to be sent to the brain, causing the sensation of dizziness.
It's a good idea to get it checked ASAP by a doctor, partly because you don't want to remain feeling dizzy and partly because ear infections, if left untreated, can lead to permanent deafness.

It's probably a mixture of mild depression, too much sugar, change in the weather and the nights drawing in. First of all, get a medical check in case there's something physically wrong with you. If there's not, lay off the TV, booze, cakes and chocolate and get some fresh air and exercise.

You need to book yourself into the doctor urgent, sounds like you may have a build up of pressure on your eye or brain or it could be nothing but you really are safer to get it checked out.....I had the same kind of thing a few months ago, please trust me get yourself checked out at the doctor ASAP.
