my upstairs neighbor works during the day and there are people that live in the building across the alley that are loud like right now it sounds like a rager ....now my neighbor will wake up and stomp around then scream out the window for the people to shut up threaten to call the cops and if they don't quiet down she really gets cooking...she screamed herself horse once ...now here's the thing ...I really don't like this lady and I find it so so so very funny she gets all pissed

I'm laughing at your description. Sounds like she needs anger management and throat losenges.
I wonder why she doesn't just call the cops and get it over with.

Then pick up the phone and call the cops and file a noise complaint on the lady that is screaming, it;ll scare the loud kids so they shut-up, it;ll be like watching cops live and you'll sleep great for a few nights :)

Maybe someone should call the cops on her for being so loud and obnoxious. Or if it gets to bad there is always duck tape. That fixes everything. LOL

i think really angry people, who are like that all the time are funny too, but maybe if shed just get somone to make them be quiet, you could all sleep- but it is a pretty ironic way of getting people to be quiet, like the mother yelling "stop your f'n cussin"- people are interesting sometimes.
