A waterproof one.
There was a question a while back about edible glue for a project so that might me the route to go.

It's quite difficult to glue tongues. Even if you remove the mucus coating, the surface layer of skin peels off after a while. It's better to use a nail.
I once looked into the possibility of nailing the local scandalmonger's tongue to the wall of the Town Hall. Unfortunately, that would still have left her with the freedom of most of the borough.

You are better off waiting until winter and sticking your tounge on a cold pipe or pole. Or if you insist on doing it now then try using a piece of dry ice. Of course they say if you apply it to a dry surface Barges glue works on skin.

Pritt-stick is useless, don't even try it.
PVA is alright, but can be peeled off.
The best is probably something like 'No More Nails' as if it can stick a pair of shoes to a ceiling then it'll stick a tongue to a wall.

How about being really creative and using the actual wall cement, then you could become part of the living wall and sell your creation for millions of pounds. You'd have to be one of those silent artistic types afterwards though!!

if you are serous and i dont think you are. most glues that can stick your tougue to a wall are toxic ie. not a good thing to have in your mouth. if you are serous try freeze ing the wall or try a freezer

you don't need glue, wait til a nice frosty/snowy day and lick a metal lamp post, I guarantee a nice tight bond.
