I found some high neck all in ones from the Vertbaudet catalogue. You can order online and get a pack of 3 for about 8.00. I have found though the sizes come up a bit small so maybe order a bigger size. Hope that helps.

i dont remember if it's simply called excema.co.uk but there is a firm that sells really impressive organic cotton seamless clothes especially for children who have bad excema
ask your g.p. to prescribe your wee one some ointment too
i went to a healthfood store where i bought some ointments that were free of parabens perfumes and other nastys and my daughters itching cleared beautifully-as i wasbreastfeeding her i was advised to eat more essential fatty acids[i ate linseed oil on salads], and her cradle cap-which she also scratched til she bled and infected -also cleared up.
the gap were another source of high neck clothes...
