Everyone knows there's never been a female president in the US, right? Some of the above answers make me wonder.
And for the record, I've yet to see a female political figure worthy of the presidential office.

Seriously being female myself, I think women should never be president. I hate sexism, but women have too many emotions and would let feelings get in the way of doing what is right for our country. Not that our current president is.

Don't you mean who WAS?
Eleanor Roosevelt comes to mind, she may not have been the first, but I bet she was one of many.
Wives are a huge influence on their husbands.
Think about how many Presidents had strong women as wives.
Ronnie, Bill, it's a long list.

Hopefully not Hilary Clinton or (worse) Condoleeza Rice. They're both very bright women. Just seem to lack the values in any candidate that I would support.
I vote for Oprah. She rocks!

None yet, but I hope it will be Condoleezza Rice. She would be a very wise president I think.
