Usually honour is given to a person who has been chosen to occupy a position like that of a judge, governor, minister etc of a very high rank in government, kingdom etc, and the honour is to be given by a person of still higher rank. In case of the highest position, all other honourable person join up as per convention to give it to the worthiest person chosen.
I am no where nearby any such position and the likely hood too remote. Even if given some honorary position by the rarest of rare stroke of luck or so, it is safer to decline politely because of the rituals attached to it which would snatch our normal freedom !

Yes, I consider myself to be an honorable person. Because I have a good reputation, high morals, am an upstanding citizen, and am unusually loyal and honest. To me, honorable means a person is held in high regard or esteem. I feel that I fit into that category. Thanks for asking and have a great day!
