I'm never crazy about comic properties that get translated into other media (film, TV, etc) because not only do they mess with the stories too much, the comic tends to lean more toward the other medium's interpretation, for example: X-Men:Leather. Pee-yoo.

Two different mediums.
TV has it's own format, and so do comics.
It's just like the argument of why can't movies be as good as the books. Duh, because books have anywhere between 600 to over a 1,000 pages with historical backgrounds and such.
Movies usually only have an hour and half to intro the chracters and tell the story before the credits rolls up.

yes, sometimes i really feel bored in reading.. there's no sense at all. while in watching, you hear them talk, you see them move and you actually get their point immediately.. so it's better..
