i have a husband. he has 1 son and 3 grandkids. i have 2 sons and 1 grandkid. our kids are from our first marriages.
should i leave the majority to the money to my sons. like 75-25.?
how do you do this without offending your husband?

Discuss it openly with him.

He has to think about his will as well.

You will need to take into account what your individual needs will be if either one of you dies.

You will also have to think of what you do with your home, if you leave that to the children they might want the surviving partner to leave so the home can be sold.

It may be better that once you have discussed a basic strategy you go and see an expert to get the details correct. It can save a lot of unnecessary heartache for everyone at what will be an upsetting time anyway.
