I live in Canada and well it's hard to find a good seamstress who caters to tall plus size women of colour that have some sense of style..
and re: photographers..I prefer a freelancer and someone who does it for a hobby..

You can get a seamstress any where, just look them up in your home town. Also the same with Photographers, but make sure they are more into the fashion type of pictures. They will know more about that than most, and how to take you a certain way to make you look the way you want to, plus makeup ideas, etc.
