How do i reset the forgotten security password on a D Link DI - 524 wireless router?

I have purchased a new laptop with wireless connectivity and need to reset the forgotten password for the wireless router and still access with both laptops. I also need advice on entering the new common password for both

Try Username "admin" and leave the password field blank

That is the default pass.

reset the router, its a Lil pin hole on the back of it.... hold it for 10 seconds and wait for it to restart. dont power it down while is restarting. password would reset (no password leave it blank) and user would be admin
