some ought to, yet i think of the ordinary public will no longer be able to. i'm American and my boyfriend is Italian. He does not talk English and could't extremely tell the variation. He in simple terms assumes they're American. in particular situations i'm in awe because of the fact i think of this is obtrusive they don't have American accents, yet then I recall how i grew to become into when I first got here to Italy. i ought to hearken to the variation between north and south, yet i could no longer tell the variation between Naples and Bari or Bologna and Turin. Now i will. i be attentive to a eastern woman that lives interior the States. She informed me the 1st year she grew to become into there she could no longer tell the variation between different American accents. She informed me a southern accessory and a sparkling England accessory sounded a similar to her it is humorous because of the fact to me they're thoroughly different. she will tell them aside now regardless of the shown fact that. wish I helped.

study phonetics to understand the sounds we can make in languages, then you can study English Phonetics to help you out a bit... you can also hire a speech expert to teach you how to pronounce things... but that costs money. I don't think watching tv will help that much with pronunciation--- you have to understand about sounds :)
