needless to say my house was vibrating til 5 this morning.. i ended up have to sleep in the sitting room on the couch because of the noise!!

no doubt its the days that they get their benefit money, they most probably live rent free and don't work so they need something to relieve their boredom. You should feel sorry for them. (ha ha ) After that report them to your councils enviromental health department. No one should have to put up with that it doesn't matter whether they are refugees or not.

Knock on your neighbours door and ask them can they stop partying. if this doesnt work then go to the police. After 11.30 at night most by laws say noise is not allowed in residential areas, go inquire at the police station or citizens advice office on what the noise laws are in your area, get a print out of it post it into the neighbours. If the noise doesnt stop call the police while the party is on saying you think there has been a racist stabbing next door, this is possibly the only way the cops will come for sure believe me they wont come out for a noise complaint. You do not have to give your name. when they arrive the noise will stop but also they will wonder who called the police. Keep doing this there has to be an improvement if they are actual "refugees" as you say they will certainly not want the police at their door any criminal record could get them deported. Remember they are waiting to hear if they can get legal permission to stay in your country. Good luck!

We have neighbours who do the same thing - except the parties are on a Sunday - always. These people are from the carribean and they have massive parties - speakers set up in the garden, the works. They belt the reggae music out till 1am and turn it off so the noise abatement people cant do anything - but all night long the pissed part goers are leaving in cabs - which toot. Its not fair when the neighbours have to work the next day. Put a call through to the noise abatement team and they will moniter it - or try speaking to the people direct - it may work. If they are renting - a letter to the landlord should do it. Good luck and I sympathise xx

In some places there is a rule that you arnt allowed to play loud noises after a certain time in the week and a different time limit in the weekend. Our town does but has exceptions for halloween, bonfire night etc. Tell the local authorities next time and they should do something about it. If not i suggest going round there and hitting them. But that may get you into more trouble so best stick with local authorities.

I feel for you! I live opposite some chav scum who have loud parties most nights of the week and if its not music its just shouting in the garden! I keep meaning to phone the council or someone but am so exhausted I forget! But you should DEF call someone. By the way, dont go round and speak to them, my brother went to have a word with his neighbours as they were having a loud party and his boys (2 and 4) couldnt sleep, and the neighbour beat him (my bro) up. Good luck xxxx

they probably work the weekend, call your local authority the next time and they'll send them a letter. Or shoot them all, after all it'll save the country money on paying for more refugees. asylum seekers.

It's a common phenomenon known as the sesh, it can't be predicted, it just happens, very often on sundays, in fact that your problem is on a monday leads me to believe its a continuation from the sunday,

Call your local environmental health department and make a complaint. I would also suggest you speak to some of your neighbours and see if they would support you in this matter.
