What is it a sin to negotiate with terrorist?Is it right call other people's freedom fighter terrorist because they are fighting against you to achive their goal?Why don't negotiate?Arrogant or what?

There are some pretty interesting books out now focused on the Bush administration and the Iraq war. One of those books is Fiasco. The author pins the blame for the mess in Iraq on Chaney and Rumsfeld. Apparently, these two appeared to by dictating policy behind Bush's back. It's an interesting read and details several mistakes directed by these two men.
