Ideal weight formulas are not very reliable. You need to consider body built (small, medium...) level of physical activity (which gives an idea of fat mass and fat free mass of the body) and modes of physical activiy (aerobic as opposed to strength training).

If you are a physically active person (which means you meet the basic physical activity requirements of 30 or more minutes of moderate physical activity on most days of the week), or an athlete, then chances are your body fat mass is not prominent.

As a general guideline, avoid looking up charts to see where you fit. You need more individualized numbers.

In your case, since there is little information provided, use the Body Mass Index formula (BMI). This formula is a simple one. It is your weight (kg) divided by your height squred (height expressed in meters). Your BMI is approximately 25.2.

BMI falling between 17 to 25 is generally related to normal body weight.

My recommendation is for you to focus on remaining physically active and if you arent physically active, become active.
The health benefits are tremendous.

If you are really interested in reducing weight, based on the limited information provided, a modest weight reduction of 2 to 5 kg would decrease your BMI.

i think 45kg will be the ideal weight but 53 is also okay!As well as you have a balance diet and excercise,to control or to lose your weight is not a problem!the most important don't try to force yourselves not to eat to lose your weight.in the other hand, how old are you.this may be will also affect your weight.
