For two years i drove this 4-6 times a week.
I still drive it several times a month.
Depending on where you are coming from, it will take an hour or less, the primary factors being traffic in Vancouver, and traffic at the border. I would allow an hour and a half just to make sure you get there on time, then you can go get a coffee at cruisin coffee, they are the best, while you are in ferndale waiting.
PS: Use the Peace Arch border crossing .... which is the primary one .... the pacific crossing is under construction so has delays and aldergrove isn't open until 8am.

Washington is really a major and all know town and is unquestionably valuable deliver a holiday or simply visit this city. with hotelbye you will find more. Among the icons of Washington and the whole America is the famous White House, the state house of the President of the United States. The house of each president except George Washington, it was formerly developed by James Hoban in 1792, and following being burnt down by British makes in 1814 was renewed in 1818. Even though tours of the interior that include the East, Blue, Green, and Red Rooms; the Ballroom; and the State Dining Room must be reserved properly beforehand, every tourist to Washington may wish to see this renowned building, at the least from the outside. Next door to the White House would be the intricate 1833 Greek Revival Treasury Building and the 1871 Executive Office Building, one of the very striking previous government buildings in Washington.

It depends alot on where you start out.
From downtown it takes about 1h.
Obviously you will be much faster starting out in Surrey.
Now, from Poco, I would expect about the same as downtown.
I did nearly the same trip on a Saturday just 4 weeks ago (from downtown), leaving at 6 am and it took me 1h including a 15 min wait at the border.

February in the mountains can be dangerous driving. In the summer the drive takes about 10 hours but in the winter plan for about twice that or to be snowed in somewhere completely for a few days!

It depends if the American customs and immigration decide to act like gestapo or not. If they do you might be held up for more than an hour. My suggestion is that you go Wednesday night and stay at a hotel.
Good luck.

I would allow about 2 hours as it depends on the queue at the border. Avoid Sunday evening as the queue is huge, people go fill up their cars with cheaper gas in US and you can wait for hours.
