I would say shadow hit the nail on the head there.. Those are all very great questions to ask, but I would also recommend that you go in to the interview with a positive and confident attitude. They will want someone carries them self with an air of confidence and professionalism.
In my experience interviewing with great employers I have found that it often helps to just converse with the interviewer or interviewers, you might be talking to them about their favorite lake or hobby but if you share something in common then it tends to build a mutual interest beyond the scope of employment.
So go in, ask your questions about benefits, company morale, and room for advancement and after you are satisfied with your questions chat 'em up, be comfortable, because the last thing they want (unless they are hiring a mathematician or physicist) is someone who is uptight and uneasy in an interview setting. Good luck and get some rest =)

Some really useful questions you can ask are:

1. Is there any room for advancement in the company?
2. What is the dress code?
3. Is there a probationary period before the job becomes permanent?
4. When will my first job evaluation be conducted?
5. Does the company offer education assistance if I want to further my education in this field?
6. When can I expect to hear back from you about the position?

Those are just a few examples of questions you can ask. Always take a notepad and pen with you to take notes during the interview and write down answers to the questions you ask. If you really did cover everything and you have no question - what you can do is recap a few of the important topics you covered, such as asked in the questions above. And if you recite back to them the valid points of the interview, and they have nothing further to add, you can say - "I believe we have answered all of my questions." Then be sure and ask when you can expect to hear back from them. Hope that helps. Good luck! And don't forget to dress for success! Wear something appropriate.
