Which TV show from the 80s or 90s used "Swinging on a Star" for it's theme music? It's amazing what goes through your head at 7.45 in the morning as you wake up! Neither me nor my wife can remember, please help!

Out Of This World is a children's television comedy series about a teenage girl who is half alien (which gives her unique supernatural powers). It first aired in U.S. syndication on September 17, 1987 and ended on May 25, 1991. It was first broadcast in the UK on March 25, 1991, usually on mornings during school holidays.
Evie Garland lives with her mother Donna on Earth. Her father Troy lives in outer space and she communicates with him through a crystal cube.
The shows theme song is an adapted version of Bing Crosby's Swinging on a Star, a number one hit on the Billboard magazine music charts in the summer of 1944.

As well as being used as the theme from Out Of This World, Swinging on a star was also used in the film Hudson Hawk with Bruce Willis and Danny Aiello when they used the lengths of different songs as the length of times they had to do their break ins.

Out of This World is the name of the late 80s tv show. I loved that show! She would put her two fingers together and freeze time. Then she had that crystal thingy in her bedroom that she would talk too and it would glow.
