when i wanna study ma head heart and i cant focus!

First, when you come home from school, have a quick snack, finish your snack,get yourself a drink, take your books into your room, have it quiet, put your books on the desk, open up to what you all read in class that day, re-read it quickly to have it in your mind. I know I always need to re-learn what we did during class before being able to continue farther, esp. mathematics. Don't pressure yourself too much, but do some what. IF you start getting confused & cannot remember what you learned an hour ago, take a break, go talk w/family or friend on phone, then go back later to restudy. Good luck, sweetie. :-) If your head still hurts, tell your parents, see what they say, you may have a medical problem, or it may be stress, or lack of water in your body. May be your eyes too. Find your motivating factor. Say to yourself- I WANT TO DO THE BEST JOB I CAN. i CAN DO THIS. I WANT TO STUDY. Imagine the feeling of achievement when you get those A's. Imagine the glory when your teacher praises you. Imagine the knowledge you'll gain. Don't see it as 'study' See it as a past-time, something you WANT to do. If you start to lose focus, get up, walk around, come back. Don't play music. Put sex out of your mind. masterbate BEFORE you start to study. Have snacks at the ready. Breathe. get into the Zone. Begin.

the best way to learn thing is to understand it
if u r in English medium improve Ur vocabulary. then try to understand what u have to learn.then note the points and just remember them. then explain the point in your own words.
do not mug up things

i think the best way to study is fistly is to know for urself why u r studying ,have direction and concertrate while you still have that chance of education especially when u r still a tinager like urself.

study early in the morning.it will make you understand more efficiently as mind is fresh that time.
