How can it end I mean saying that you are flying in a space ship you cant just hit a wall of nothing can you? and how would their be an end would you circle around. but then the universe is a ball. But then whats outside of the ball. Or are we all just computer programs that kids are playing at their homes and we don't even exist. For all we know we could be computer programs.

Most astromers believe the universe is a mutli-dimensional sphere. It doesn't have an end, center or edge. It is similar to the suface of the Earth. The SURFACE of the Eath doesn't have and end, center or edge.

There is nothing "outside of the ball", as all of creation is part of the "ball". There is nothing outside of "all there is".

Most people misconceptualize the Big Bang; they think all the matter there is "blew up" and is expanding into space. The reality is that space itself is a product of the Big Bang and that is what is expanding. Space itself isn't "nothing" and is most likely composed of matter...very small "pieces" of matter, a "quantum foam" if you wish.

If space has a shape then ,it will have a boundary .Ifit hasa boundary ,mthen it shoyuld necessarily have something out side it to marke it off from the boundary. so space can not have a boundary .what does not have a boundary cannot be a matter or a thing . so it is nothing . If it is amttere , theinks can not moive in it freely . Movement would cause friction and treamendous speed would cause tremendous friction. since space has no shape and , is not a matter by itself , it has no gravity and so things can move in it in a stainght line without being affected by it . it is only the masses of the galactic matter in space that have gravity and anything moving within the field of the gravity around such matters alone go round themasses because of the gravitational pull. Things unaffected by any mass in space would move in a straight line for ever and would never come back to any point and would go into infinity

computer games theory is a little unrefined mate - research it because there are some interestingly far flung theories.

with regard to the first question, our universe is increasing size at a huge rate- so we would not only have to break some speed records in our space ship - imagine breaking the speed ofthe universe !! lol

say you fly in a space ship to the edge of the universe, you have to fly fast and far, since the universe is 150000000000 light years across and is expanding very fast
