i am 48 and have bad cramps since i was 10, why does this happen still?

have you seen a doctor yet? If not GO see a doctor. i do not know why but you have something wrong since you had this symptom since you were ten.

I had bad cramps until after I had children. You should talk to your OB. They can put you on birth control pills, and check out if you have problems w/ovarian cysts.

You should tell your obgyn....it is most likely hormonal, and can be fixed.
