I want to purchase 2 mobile phones which are exclusively to be used from one phone to the another phone both ways? Can anybody suggest me the best scheme for pre-paid connection. Out of these 2 phone one will be on roaming also while the other will be only local.

Well you are very lucky bcoz reliance is giving free lifetime talk between two new reliance connections. And I think that applies for most of its schemes. So, go on & talk as much as u can. Its free man....
