I am a new product developer and I have no formal training in chemisrry or atomic physics. If you're in the know as it pertains to atomic chemistry Boy would I like to talk to you
my direct email is

dylstar7@yahoo.com

I've been toying with geophysic for some time now
my calling is to stop global warming in its tracks and through the creation of new and distinct forms of thinking that stretch well beyond Al Gore's primary adgenda- to actually leave my mark in history by rapidly counteraqcting a thousand years of global abuse by our species

Neutralising atoms certainly won't help you as most atoms are neutral anyway. Atoms which are not are called ions.

Also I wouldn't say that our species has produced a thousand years of global abuse, either.

If you really want to turn back the clock, you need to develop new, cheap, efficient, clean forms of energy that is available very easily to implement as people are very releuctant to change their ways if they have to actually make an effort.

So do that. If you try and neutralise anything then you'll be wasting your time, seriously.

You can contact me via Yahoo Answers and I'll see if I can help. The best proposal I've heard is called the Geritol solution. It involves fertilizing the arctic oceans with a few shiploads of ground scrap iron or iron salts to facilitate growth of phytoplankton to sequester the carbon dioxide. Some preliminary estimates show this single, inexpensive action could solve or nearly solve global warming, if indeed gloabl warming is a problem.

You should make your mark quickly, before you risk listening to experts other than radical liberals to get a more balanced evaluation of the relationship of humanity to the planet.

I would look into companies that build mass spectrometers or other scientific instruments. Don't know what you're trying to do. Al Gore's bit extreme. I wouldn't worry about him. He's got mining operation in his properties and buy oil stocks and got big house that's probably big enough to suck enough juice to power small country.
