How many grounds (of 2400 sq ft each) is an acre?

If I wanted to build two to three independant 3/4 bedroom bungalows, provide for a swimming pool, servant quarters, moderate lawn space and perhaps a tennis court, what would be the minimum land size needed? Would an acre do? How many grounds (60'x40') is an acre?

About 18 on the dot. That's how many times 2400 goes into 43,000 (an acre).

1 acre = 43 560 square feet
43560/2400=18.15
I would say 1 acre wouldn't be enough for all that you want to do
