#1 bring the troops home, have them help mexico build an infrastructure: teaching illegal alians to build water treatment plants, hydroponic agriculture, sewage treatment plants etc.... once they have an abundance of clean water, food and clean living conditions they can at least be self sufitient till they can get their own economy going...

#3a. immediatly stop investors from using about 80% of our money from our banking systems to buy up property... the price of property is compounded into the cost of all goods and services..
#4 legalize hemp..
#5 study the health care systems of all the developed nations and pick the best one (or combination)
#6 create some form of tax credit for small farmers to bring down the price of fruit and vegetables...
#7 have all of the classified documents gone through, prosecute any government criminals and make records available to every american... no more secret government...

#17 clean up the oceans... no more dumping sewage and ballast water, killing our shell fish with foreign microbes..

#19enforce a 100 mile limit off our coast... no more foreign ships stealing our fish and selling them back to us.............
I would make a lot of changes but I would try to do it in a way that didn't create utter chaos..
