what will be the estimated cost. the land should not be a barren land . water etc should be available through out the year.

Contact some real estate agents. Yes you will have to pay their commission but then you will get good land in stipulated time with good title. I think two acres of land can only be purchased in the outskirts of palakkad distt now. The cost per cent have risen very high.
