i dont know- i just reported his stupid @ss, its not 'narking' when it involves sexual content on a site that allows children, then hes just a little prick that deserves way worse than just having his ? deleted....i asked for more , and legally they have to fine him and disallow his further use of the site if he refuses to stop, they have to warn him in less than 24 hrs of recieving the complaint- i dont like it when people dedicate their free-time being heartless lil punks- hes showing us he doesnt care, i say we give him the same treatment...

If I understand you correctly, "secure white male" is the yahoo nickname of a person who asked a question that offends you, and probably offends most people. You are asking why his question was not deleted for violating terms of service.
Perhaps there is a delay in getting the question reviewed. The question might be deleted after a time.
As you have over 1000 points in Yahoo Answers, I would think you could report abuse on the question, and thereby help to get it deleted.

He doesn't. He gets a new account every other day or something like that.
Hell, I got reported for jokingly asking what people's credit card numbers were. Not too hard to get reported.
