I have noticed it for a while now, but I don't remember him having crazy eyes like the way he does now? Has anyone heard anything on what is making him look like hes blind?

Stuart Scott was injured on April 3, 2002, at the New York Jets training camp while reporting for ESPN when a football hit him in his left eye, requiring him to undergo cornea surgery.

First Marcia Brady's "ow my nose"., now Stuart Scott "ow my eye".

Scott's a jerk anyway, if I had to pick any sportscenter anchor to get hit in the eye with a football, it would be Scott...hopefully Linda Cohn and John Anderson won't be too far behind.

My understanding is the injury during his report on the Jets was the second one to that eye. He also injured it during practice when he was playing in college.
