May I correct your question ?

"I want to practise my English. Can you help please ?"

Note that there are two sentences.
Also note that 'practise' is a verb and that 'practice' is a noun.

I won't pick at your spelling and grammar as you are asking for help - I would suggest, if you are at school, to ask a teacher if they could spend thirty minutes say twice a week after school, to listen to you read and speak and look at your writing, and go through the basics of the English language with you. If you're not at school, then perhaps an English speaking friend would be kind enough to spend some time with you. You could also further help yourself by reading newspapers and making notes of how things are written - this is often how things are said. Practice on your own and then ask someone if they will allow to practice speaking with them - for them to tell you whether what you are saying is correct English and whether it makes sense next to what you are intending to say. Once you get the hang of this then you will get the hang of writing it. As for the spelling of words - that is really down to more practice and memorisation - many English people can't spell either - so don't worry too much on that score
