I scan 'creative justice' as tailoring the punishment to fit the crime. Jailtime or a fine sometimes just don't cut it. Community service can be very creative; e.g., sending someone who's violated the pooper scooper law on a doggy-do hunt.

On the other hand, some judges -- conservative and liberal alike -- need to be constrained from getting too out of the mainstream.

Liberal judges always practice creative justice. Like finding the rights to abortion and homosexual sodomy in the U.S. Constitution, when they aren't there.

Pretty creative!

There is no pro, but on the con its destroying America. Wee!

Pros it feels so gooooood cons you will go to jail if you get caught. If it is a judge who is practicing it ,it usually fits the crime cons it will get over turned after you serve the sentence.
