This isn't meant to be racist but it seem's to me like Black people are better Athletes in Basketball,Football (half in half),and Running.Meanwhile White People meanwhile are Smarter why is this.Dont give me that White people are Clumsy crap,or Black people are in the Ghetto with no way out.plenty of races Irish etc were frowned upon without welfare,section 8,and thrived..Is it that there Lazy,and White's are just not gifted in being atlhletic.there has to be a anwser?

As far as the smarter part, its enviromental, As blacks have a higher drop out rate and a lower college rate, they are unable/ or culturally dont see the need to help their children . Thus a vicious cycle. Solved with a interest of their parents for them to see their childens future in education and not in sports. And with mentorship programs.
As far as the athletics, Africans still had to track down their food less than 200 years ago. Thus, natural selection made it necessary for blacks to be faster and stronger than their prey. Weak tended to die early.
While other cultures,North American Indians excluded, Have had the soft life way too long, and their natural selection has more to do with financial ability to survive and not physical. Thus Fat Rich white guys with hot young wives.i.e. Hugh Hefner

First of all, There are Whites who are good atheletes, and Blacks who are good students. I think what you persive(sp) is Blacks being better with athletics(you see them all the time in sports) and you usually see the nerdy white guy. Well, Blacks come from middle and lower Africa, which is a pretty hot, hostile enviroment for the most part. Anyway, I don't think they are dumber than us, just that they are more "physical" than "mental" considering where Blacks came from: A big, hot Savanna. Their body would need more development than the brain. However, there's no evidence Blacks are inferior to Whites in intellegence. This is just my reasoning IF there really was a big difference. If you ask me, A lot of inner city blacks just get F*cked over by other blacks, government, and whatever else I can think of. Whites are too, but there's some prominant families that make it seem not so.

One word, evolution. The demands of the environment over millenia caused different survival traits to become predominant. Example being that blacks have a slightly higher muscle density than white on average. This also explains why whites are better swimmers, fat floats better. But this applies only to averages, not to individuals. There is not "Overall" answer as there is no absolute rule of one being better than the other at anything. Oh, black women average a higher IQ than white men do so next time, be more specific...

Not that I have any idea whether it's true or not, but here's a crash course in history that may somewhat explain the physical superiority of black people. As for the other conjecture, since you're asking this question, and I assume you're white, you've really answered your own question as to your intellect.

Remember the movie white men cant jump? At Ferris State University, I hung the movie poster on my dorm room door but replaced the words WHITE with BLACK and JUMP with READ. Needless to say all the blacks had a fit and I was soon forced to remove the poster. Aint that a *****? I thought University was a place to open ones mind... I guess as long as it's in a liberal direction.

Your question has no ONE good answer, because you are asking a question based on stereotype. People will give answers to you based on what they think of Black people and White people, not their activities.

why? from the very beggining, if the white people had been enslaved by say, the red indians and made to labor for their very existance or face a slow painfull death from starvation; they would be athletic too! and as for being smart, you don't wanna be one when you are already a good athlete as one the two will have to give!!!! but by the way, black people are smart, may be smarter than whites!

First of all there are white people that are very good athletes and there are very intelligent black people. And there are white people that are ghetto trash!!!
It is all about who you are as an individual.....and how you were raised.
Black people are NATURAL athletes.
