Monty assured me that with if he were in charge of the Yank Army he would have plastered the streets of Baghdad with the hides of the insurgents. I always liked Monty, such a pleasant fellow.

A better question might be ,
Do the Iraqis want to fight for their own country .
We had to fight for the survival of our country , not once but many times .
We had differences ,but when it came down to it we all pulled together and saved this nation .
If they want it bad enough , they will end the bickering and come together for the good of their Iraq .
We might be there to encourage them , but we can't win it for them .
To appreciate what they have accomplished and to make them stronger , they need to do it themselves

I hope Monty doesn't get too pissed over us doing it, just don't make news of the scruffies lined up in the market streets awaiting a proper, mass burial. You try quickly digging a 6' hole in sand without a drip of water. Any old street would suit the stinking chaps alright, but the busiest are where their lads and dads can see the honor in being with seventy two virgins. Is that not fantastic Monty?

Yes, with about a million more troops it would be fine. However Americans (my country) have turned into such pacafist ******* that know nothing of sacrafice that we couldn't get them to join a service if our lives depended on it (which they don't in this case) but god forbid if WW3 breaks out in with this generation, we will all be speaking north korean and reading the Quran in a couple months. (I am from this generation and served as a marine so I can talk ****) And with the loss of the only other super power supporting (You and monty, Church) we are now royally freaked in the butt. We'll be out in 2 years when bush gets thrown out.

the US could wipe them out also ... the US could have an active disarmament campaign ...imo they are allowing the "insurgents" to kill each other off and have instigated discord between groups and factions to keep the insurgency devided and not focused on the occupational forces...

Not as 1 country. It needs to be split int Kurdistan, a Shia Arab country & a Suni Arab country. These folks hate each other too much to live together in 1 country.

I think if they could be saved it would have happened by now!! I hate seeing each day on the news how many of our troops that have been killed and wounded! I'm all for fighting for our freedoms, but I don't think they want to be saved!! I love America, but I want to see our troops come home!!!!!!!! God bless America!!!

the reason bush went to war with Iraq was because he knew that terrorism would increase and that way he could say that terrorism was a big problem, when we pull out is when the war on terrorism will stop.

I like waht Monte said when they asked him if he considered going into politics.

"War is a dirty business, Politics is even dirtier"
I would simply use the Helicopters to spray them with pig blood, that is the only thing they fear.
