Green Arrow- close battle, but more trick arrows
Dr Strange- used to battling magical/psychic foes, Prof X can't control his mind

Sgt. Rock could demolish Rawhide with his BO.
Professor X would win because Dr. Strange is a one-man walking acid-trip, and a bit of a ponce. Never liked Dr. Strange. I always found him disturbing. He gives me the wiggins.
Green Arrow. Ever read Dark Knight Returns, when Batman and Green Arrow are really old, but still tough? Green Arrow is a crusty old, one-armed revolutionary who still kicks @ss. Green Arrow would kick the crap out of Hawkeye.

hawkeye (green arrow would probably spend the whole time looking at hawkeye's ***, he must be queer to wear a costume like that).
Dr. Strange- he is a sorcerer who can do pretty much anything. Professor x would have no chance. I'm no expert on the character but I'm pretty sure dr. strange's mind is immune to being messed with and unless professor x can somehow fall out of his wheelchair and crawl across the floor and find some way to bite him to death beginning at his ankles, before dr. strange incinerates him or summons 1000 demons to kill him, strange has this one won.
I think the only marvel heroes who would actually have a chance against dr. strange are Iron Man, Dr. Doom, Thor (or a god), silver surfer, or sentry. Professor x wouldn't last 10 seconds against any one of them.

Green Arrow has the edge over Hawkeye.
Dr Strange should be able to take Professor X.

Dr. Strange and Prof. X would have to go best two out of three aftere repeated draws and that would be Dr. Strange mostly because of stamina issues.

Sgt. Rock, given his more vast array of weaponry at his disposal.
Hawkeye, since his is actually a better shot (superhuman level) compared to Green Arrow's peak-human level, plus he's also a better hand to hand combatant.
Dr. Strange's mystical abilities would triumph over Professor X.'s telepathy, especially since Strange does have some defenses against mental assualts and what-have-you's....
