In some ways yes. He gave the North Koreans the ability to make nukes and then when we were attacked he apeased those who did it by saying we are sorry.

I don't know anything of this Chamberlain person; however, he couldn't be any worse than sick slick willie... the only person that Bill stands up to is his father LUCIFER.. sad but true.
