drink lots of water and eat fresh fruit
I have heard that fish is brain food - so eat fish

You may be too tired or too stressed out to be able to concentrate. I hate to suggest this because it isn't necessarily good to use food as medication, but if you eat something like a tuna salad sub and have Coke with it whatever is in that combination of food may help you concentrate a little better. I hate to say it, but I find that sugar and/or fat help with concentration. It isn't a long-term solution, if a solution for you at all.

What I used to do is have a conversation with myself. I would seriously ask myself questions out loud and see if I could explain them to myself. It seemed to help.

you could try to take all your stuff that you need to do and sit somewhere quite where nobodt is around and where you cant get side tracked or you could get together w/ a frind who is really rard working and have them help you
