Here is the quickest study guide I could find. Look at it. You know how to do the math. Just focus on the terms this late in the game. Could you possibly take a re-make exam later? Try to postpone the test because you need to get a solid grip on the material on the test before you can move on anyway.

Practice more questions to get yourself farmilarise with the topics tested! Try to memorise all the definitions!

1st the summary at end of chapter, then skim chapter, then learn how to do the Maths involved then memorise whatevers needed.
