COKE CAKE

CAKE:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. marshmallows
1 c. Coke
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Melt marshmallows with butter, when melted, add Coke, buttermilk and eggs. Add to dry ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. Coke
4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. marshmallows (mini)

Melt butter, cocoa and Coke. Add sugar and cook on low and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and pecans. Spread on warm cake.

I've also heard of it being used to clean toilets. And as a spermicide, but I think that's been disproven as effective.

Oh, here's something that's actually useful: you can use them as mini-weights when you are exercising. The coke bottle'd be perfect for that!
