click the link "switch back" at the top of the page after you have the Beta mail logged in.the link is besides the Sign Out ,My Account Links

At the top of your yahoo mail, click on the button that says Switch Back

I don't think that is possible. However if you want it is easy to set-up outlook or thunderbird for POP3 access, then you won't have to see the beta thing again.
all the info you need is in the help documentation on the mail area.

When you are signed in to your email it should say switch back at the top center where it also says sign out and my account....

uninstall the yahoo and go back to yahoo site and it the right corner pick the last version and it will work....
