There are some reasons why you cannot sleep, but STRESS is the most common reason. Stress built up not only when we get life problems, but also when we don't use our body energy effectively.
In this modern life, we eat, we think, we look entertainment, then we sleep (if we can!). There's one loophole in this way of life: we consume more energy than we expense energy. Therefore, in order to fix this, we need to expense more energy.

Do exercise, go to gym, use a stair rather than a lift, etc.

Download a song by Radiohead called "Fitter Happier" and follow every single thing in its lyric (look at the lyric at http://www.greenplastic.com/lyrics/fitterhappier.php )

The answer based on research is: stay up all night and deprive yourself of sleep. If you are well rested, it will be hard to go to sleep instantly... unless you're a narcoleptic

There are no instant sleep miracles. Sorry, the best you could do if you are having trouble would be to take some benadryl, and that will help you fall asleep. No, I am not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn.

If you want to sleep instantly you must change your diary don't ponder on everything Forget about all. When you go to bed there mustn't be any thougt in your mind it is difficilt to forget everything at a moment tha's why i said you to change your diary
