On the older versions of iTunes, if you ripped a CD directly, it would not be able to upload the album art. On the current iTunes, this is now possible. Get version 7 of iTunes.

could be a support issue or if it's not digitally signed by the producing company, maybe they dont have it, etc. thousands of possibilities not enough room.
