Can anyone help me in naming the song? WSOU(Station in NJ) played this song in a promospot in 95.?

WSOU was playing a promo where they used Hearts Magic Man then said "WSOU" at the time. Can anyone help me figure out what the other promo song was?? Had 8 notes then said "WSOU"
They stopped the promo by now, but music is still stuck in my head!! Any Help would be appreciated!!!
