there is no such parameter to judge the working hard or so.it simply means -whatever you do ,do it with honesty and in a sincere way,as a good students read during his exam.so stop thinking about this and get back to do your job,whatever you do,and enjoy your work not take it as a burden.

in any work the job should be done systmatically, the work for the next day should be planned in advance, keep important meeting or submition of report as reminder in your mobile, do not keep the work for the next day. take some break while at work. make sure that the requrement of the boss is met do not give chance to say that I forgot to do the job
