How can a credit card verify that the user is over 18? He may be a second user on a card that belongs to a parent.

Doesn't sound like a web site I'd be interested in. I wouldn't trust any info going into or coming out of a site that feels using a credit card # would be a good way to verify someone's age. Makes me wonder how old you are to be thinking such a thing. And you would be running this business??? Scary

Besides a credit card...there really isn't a way besides taking the customer's word for it. If the person clicks on the button that says "Yes, I am over 18; let me in" or whatever...there really isn't a definite way to keep that person out.
